Pros

You will be paid what you asked for. Little to no opportunity.

Cons

Too many external influences, your work & experience will never be recognized unless, you know who, if you read the title. You are not listened to, so your contribution is overlooked. Cannot trust people who work there as all are misleading the CEO and he is not willing to understand this. Someone with nearly no expertise or experience will lead you (you know who) and you will be left behind. Such are the management and they are cultivating a very toxic work culture at this place. They don't have manners of talking as well. All decisions are made by friends of the CEO. The CEO has no patience whatsoever, very short and hot tempered. Too many impulsive decisions, seems like everything depends on the mood. Don't believe the positive reviews you see here.

Pros

There are no pros in this organization, only un-pros.

Cons

Why would an investor give even a dime to them is beyond any sane comprehension! This is what happens when a bunch of bullies come together. No leadership at all whatsoever. Only and only CEOs friends get just about everything they want, including ESOPs. An experienced professional dedicatedly working for the organization is totally ignored here. There is no structure to the organization at all. The so called leadership is unprofessional, under qualified, unfair and nepotism lives and breathes here. If you have experience & expertise, DO NOT waste your time here even if they offer as much salary. The CEO does not know his own team members capabilities and does not respect anybody's experience. Always shouting and getting angry unnecessarily creating a scene. No decency of communication. Those inexperienced friends of the CEOs are at management positions who will constantly interfere and question everything the expert is genuinely working on and getting executed by the respective team. You will waste your time in explanation rather than execution/planning. They will not be able to comprehend a word since they are really inexperienced and under qualified for their position. To make things worse, your work credit will be taken by the management and a wrong picture about you will be created for the CEO. As if you don't exist! Further adding to this disrespect you will be threatened with your salary to do something which was taken out of proportion. There is ZERO respect here. You are better off somewhere else than here at any given day. If it were possible I would give -10 (minus 10) stars not even half star. What a joke they are! Just because you have a few employees from different countries does not make you an internal team or an organization.
