RIF every 5 years....

Pros

The teams are great to work with. Good benefits and PTO.

Cons

Every 5 years, they go through a RIF and make cuts all across the business to make up for the bottom line. There is little support even when asked directly for feedback.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the teams, benefits, and PTO. We understand the concerns around communication and support, especially during times of organizational change. While tough decisions are sometimes necessary, we know the way we support our teams through them matters just as much. Your feedback is appreciated and helps guide how we move forward.

Rewarding and Engaging

Pros

My leader has been incredibly supportive of my professional development and provides regular feedback that helps me grow. The team collaboration is excellent, and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie among colleagues. The company respects boundaries and doesn't expect employees to be available 24/7. I've been able to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, which wasn't the case at my previous job. The salary is fair for the industry and location, plus the benefits package is comprehensive. Health insurance coverage is solid, and the 401k matching is a nice bonus. I've had access to training programs and conferences that have expanded my skill set. The company invests in employee development, which shows they're committed to long-term success for both the business and individuals. I feel like my contributions matter and can see how my role impacts the broader company goals.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Company Vehicle, company phone, and some independence

Cons

Upper management communications are not clear, avoids transparency, continuous issues between tenants and property management and superintendents get stuck in the middle. Cross communication needs improvement.

Pros

Team atmosphere, decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Lots of change but that is part of growing. Always feeling like you are out of the loop and waiting for the other shoe to drop with layoffs so the uncertainty was difficult.
