Timings are very flexible(on paper only) Have so many projects Like Aramco.

Cons

**Working on at-least 4 projects at a time and every thing is priority 1. **During Increment time some of people will get Terminated and then you will get very minimal Increment. **Very less increment compare to Given Responsibilities and Accountability. **Very toxic Environment.
