- Best team! Everybody is really smart and eager to grow. We enjoy lunch together on the terrace and go for a beer or a swim after work. - Purpose driven! The common goal of the whole team to reshape the world of finance is felt from the C-level to the interns. - Your work has an impact! In a startup you are not just a small gear following old processes. I love that if I make a change or develop something it immediately affects the product.
Cons
- It's a lot of work! The strong growth also means that we need to constantly adapt and improve. Sometimes the work can be a bit too much.
