      Pros

      Clearly articulated shared vision and desire to be different Excellent leadership team who really care about the people The company really looks after its staff It is full of amazing people Successful, growing fast and challenging the Primes Share options for most staff

      Cons

      Career progression can be hard as it is much smaller than its competitors Pensions are not as good as some companies

      Thank you for your positive and welcome comments. SMEs always struggle to match the pension benefits of much larger companies so have to compensate in other ways such as uncapped leave policies and looking after members of the Inzpire family at the times they need it the very most. Our plan for future growth should see us maintaining those important benefits whilst increasing our pension contributions to try to bring them in line with much larger companies.

      Pros

      Great culture based on trust Strong benefits package Flexible working Unlimited paid holiday Amazing quality of staff Great reputation with customers

      Cons

      Entrepreneurial sprit has reduced as the business gets larger External investors seem focussed only on making their short term return Pension is not as strong as the big defence primes Being relatively small there are limited opportunities for progression (although vacancies are normally advertised internally first)

      Thank you for taking the time to write this. Our original investors have now had their majority shareholding bought by QinetiQ who have committed in a signed charter to allow Inzpire to operate independently whilst having the freedom to invest properly and proportionately in the business. The entrepreneurial spirit was never diminished, merely muted. Times have now changed for the better. Thank you once again.
