      Everything, you’re expected to do everything and know everything with no training. The work balance means nothing.

      Pros

      Ion takes a very personal approach when getting to know their employees. I felt cared for as a person and an employee. Upper management was always available if I needed to discuss something. I felt very respected as an employee of 14 years.

      Cons

      Remember cost of living issues. Basic starting salaries vs what they are paying current dedicated employees.
