Pros

- The product fits well into the market. - The idea solves a niche concern some companies have.

Cons

- Most of the 5-star reviews were an internal effort to raise the companies Glassdoor profile. Notice their date (Feb 27) - Leadership doesn't know how to grow a company. - Internal politics are very high for the company's small size. - The product isn't growing to fit the needs of customers. - Too many people are fired in North America without a good explanation. - Let go of the performing sales rep without any explanation. - No vision for the future. - European sales reps poach accounts from North American sales reps.

Thank you for your feedback. We did have some difficulties with internal politics last year, a consequence of hiring some people that didn't fit with our open and collaborative culture. We have learnt from that and worked hard to put things right. We don't agree with the rest of the opinons in the review.

Pros

Good product, growing market, and flexible working (wfh). There are also a number of very intelligent / dedicated folks that bring a positive energy to the workplace. It's not too late the fix the problems below!!

Cons

Transparency. The biggest gap is a lack of communication regarding the direction of the business, so much so that individual contributors are often left to talk about whether leaders are trying to address some of the obvious problems. Unclear mission/vision of the company...why do we do what we do and how do we plan on impacting the market we operate in? Lack of the foundational elements needed to scale. Company hit the accelerator before addressing basic problems (onboarding, training, messaging, metrics of success, mission / vision statements, management structures). The key elements needed to build a repeatable, successful team were never addressed. Instead the strategy was to blindly hire based off experience and expect the individuals to figure it out themselves...this does not work (obviously). Lack of career development / progression. VERY few internal promotions. You have people that know the business, are passionate, and want to solve problems for the company, but they are not looked at as potential candidates to fill gaps. Lack of Accountability. There is an avoidance to micro manage, but that does not mean do not manage at all. Lack of clear expectations (especially for new hires) and lack of accountability apart from "do your job". What are the leading indicators of success? How do you measure them? How do we understand what is impacting them and how can manage/change based on this? Accountability/proper metrics are even more critical in a full-remote business.

Pros

The platform does condense and streamline typical manual threat modeling outputs, from shared data-flow diagrams, weakness & vulnerability reports, and direct work outputs for developers to focus on secure code practices. A great product team and EU leadership that is genuinely customer focused is also great.

Cons

US leadership is absolutely tied to a 'fire & rehire' mentality that is squarely at odds with the initial culture espoused by the founders. No coaching, no opportunities for performance improvement or management, no warnings, and no severance, especially when executing a reorganization of customer facing roles, shows a fundamental lack of respect for their (now former) employees who have built significant expertise in the platform and relationships with clients. Beware if you're considering joining the US group!
