Pros
The company has huge potential, though largely underutilized. Several members of the staff are great to work with. The christmas parties were good enough to be talked about most of the year. About the best Pro with this company is the location.
Cons
Person hiring and the department manager were not on the same page. Job offer was not honored. No advancement path. Lousy pay, even by regional standards. Christmas parties were phased out and replaced by a mediocre 2hr dinner at a local chain restaurant. Several mid-level departments were phased out and all of the tasks given to lower departments, with no increase or even the slightest change in compensation whatsoever. Manager continually more concerned with being "right" than being correct.
