Pros
Decent pay rate, slow work environment in the lead and weatherization department non stressful
Cons
The agency as a whole promotes the idea of remote work, majority of the administration staff get to work in office or at home. But certain managers of a the lead and weatherization department itself are still stuck in their own ways and refuse to adapt to new ideas and accept new input from their staff. Questions and ideas are not welcomed which is a shame. Current management micromanages a lot and does not a delegate job responsibilities accordingly.

Isles asks different questions than most NP orgs, and tries innovative stuff to foster healthier and stronger places.
Cons
If you want predictable, do-good non-profit services, other places are better.
