A company without increment and VB after ask you to do several evaluation . You're here not only be an engineer but technician too. Expected to be multitasking. Lab setting is not good enough very messy workplace. You will be very loss as the trainer herself also not familiar with the operation. If you're not clear and get back to her will blackface to you. The management is worst and don't expect achieve career growth in this company.
