      I haven't seen a worst company like this, while you work here they will not provide any benefits, after your reliving also they will not leave you happy.. After I joined a new company, my new recruiter has continuously tried to verify my employment with this company for a last six months. "iSolve" not even picked call / replying for the verification mail.. Here the management not allow you to live happy, also they will not give any benefit to the employee while working there also.. they must try to be a corporate.

      Here they haven't follow any proper corporate policies They will not credit the salary on time(1st of month), mostly they will take 5 - 7 day on every month. No proper guidence for work Less learning environment Six days a week, with more work timings Strict office timings Compare to other offices here probation period is too high..
