      Not too hard if you're a guy that doesn't mind a culture of sexual harassment

      Cons

      Employers will routinely ignore any complaints of harassment and make excuses for offending employee for as long as they can.

      Lose schedule and lunch times, flexible hours, good moral amongst the employees, relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Micro-managing boss, low pay raises, no overtime outside of holidays, almost no holidays off.

      Pros

      Flexible with your schedule and most people there are nice to work with. They give you free stuff on your birthday and throughout the year

      Cons

      There is favoritism with the owner and even his moving up means more tasks with little to no more money so don't try moving up much not worth that.
