      Supportive management and company culture shines through

      Pros

      A company that genuinely cared about its employees. While some reviews here suggest otherwise, my experience was that the company gave back as much as you were willing to put in. They regularly organised great social events for employees, which helped create a positive and inclusive culture. Management was very supportive and genuinely focused on helping employees develop and perform at their best.

      Pros

      I’ve genuinely had a really positive experience working here and still really enjoy my role. One of the biggest things for me is feeling valued and trusted in what I do. I'm given the freedom to get on with my job without feeling like I have to report in all the time, which makes a huge difference day to day. The support across the team is great too, not just within my immediate team but across the wider business as well. Everyone is approachable, willing to help, and it feels like people actually want each other to do well. I also really like that the team are in the office, it makes it so much easier to build proper working relationships and helps when you have that quick question to keep things moving. The benefits are brilliant, but they’re more of an added bonus than the reason I enjoy working here. For me it’s more about the people, the culture, and feeling trusted and supported in my role.

      There isn't anything to include here from my experience so far.  I have been here 4 years and still love it.

      There’s absolutely no way they didn’t buy the recent “best hospitality employer award” been in hospo for 12 years and can honestly say this is the worse company out there. Worse than Scotsman. Claim to pay living wage but don’t. Managers take tips but don’t work on the floor. Owner in every day judging. Work literally anywhere else for your own sanity. Ridiculously high turnover
