      Nice project managers. The work itself can be entertaining.

      Cons

      The pay is low, especially when it is for difficult and fast videos. I thought they offer all people $1.5 until I found somebody saying ＄4. What are your rates? Feel Free to leave a comment so others can compare too. No feedback. So it is hard to figure out how to improve.

      Good pay compared to similar companies

      Terrible management and leadership. They form an environment of ’fear’ so people can work until they worn themselves out. All the reviews more than 2stars are all faked by HR since they try to improve the rate by faking the reviews
