      Pros

      I have worked for IzelTech for a year and a half and really enjoyed it- nice people, very friendly environment. The projects were really good. I learned a lot. Compared to other services companies in Pune, IzelTech always has best projects and I was lucky to get really good project and work.I did automation which I wanted to. The overall team was really good. Very good engineers. Flat structure organization. What I learnt at IzelTech is helping me in my new job. I made lot of friends. Overall I am happy with IzelTech.

      Cons

      There are times when you have to work over weekends and late evenings, without any overtime allowance. Customers get very demanding with aggressive deadlines

      Pros

      I worked with IzelTech for almost two years. An excellent mid-size consulting company. Really talented engineers and management team. It is an absolutely flat structure company. Including from the CEO, everyone is accessible and communicative. The working environment was just great. Manage your own time and tasks, was the policy. There was a perfect balance of work and fun. IzelTech actually invested in a few of the certifications that I did out of my personal interest while I was with the company; without making me sign-up for any bond or lock-in they just made the investment. Very valuable for me. I got exposure to some really good customer products. This is by far one of the best storage/cloud boutique consulting companies in Pune. The CEO is based in the US and brings in really cutting edge technologies to Pune. Overall my experience has been fantastic- I would surely like to re-join if I come back to Pune.

      Cons

      - I dont think of any cons as such...In fact we had snacks, coffee, Tea, hot chocolate drinks as well as other facilities for free.

      Pros

      Good projects to work on is the only pros as of yesterday.

      Cons

      1. No new projects now a days 2. Company soon will closed down in coming days 3. No processes 4. No Management, resulting people are taking undue advantages 5. Local management are puppets of CEO. They dont have any rights to take decision 6. CEO is worst in management. Single handed operations. 7. No common sense to run the company 8. No salary on time 9. No salary slips on time 10 No appraisal 11. Management never follow promises 12. Management tries to keep most of salary part as variable which you will never get. 13. Never join this company (anyways company will not exist in coming days if they run as is)
