Supportive environment, but challenging prime contract relationships

Pros
No micro-management, flexibility, transparent communication, genuinely does right by their employees to the best of their ability.
Cons
Vast majority of their contracts are with a prime contract holder that shouldn't be trusted to oversee monkeys in a zoo, let alone actual people in an actual professional work environment. The primary contract holding company hates subcontractors, but writes in their contracts that they'll use a certain percentage of them, so they're forced to add some, but they refuse to treat them as equals and go out of their way to make it harder on them. Despite that, the pros still outweigh the cons as J-Mack always did a good job of supporting their employees.
