Pros
Semi consistent schedules, a large community of employees so it’s easy to make friends. Variety of where you can work in one building is nice.
Cons
Tip share throughout the entire building, which is usually fine, but when there are so many employees I feel things weren’t transparent about pay. Knew previous employees who had worked there for years and never got a raise. In fact the pay scale was cut partially through my time there. Didn’t take sexual harassment from customers seriously.

- Continual education on the whiskey industry - Comradery events - 50% discount on spirits

- Breaks were not given - Tour guide tips were sent to the tip pool - Typically had to stay longer than scheduled
