No Job security , no evaluation.

The management here is completely absurd. From day one, they treat you horribly. They expect you to work on weekends without any appreciation or compensation. There are no company-provided accessories, and you're forced to pay for things out of your own pocket, like a VPN subscription or Sales Navigator. The CEO, Addy, is a total joke. He's utterly clueless about the sales process and has the audacity to ask new employees to assist him. It's clear he has no idea what he's doing, and the personal aggression towards employees is unbearable. To make matters worse, I had a salary issue – even though I joined in mid-October, they decided to pay those who joined that month only in December. This happened just a day before Diwali! Think twice before even considering joining here unless you want to lose your sanity.
