Pros

Offices are very stylish and beautiful; salaries are competitive; HR benefit package competitive but generous; National firm; neutrals are wonderful-top drawer so- to- speak. Could be a dream job.

Cons

Management sucks! Business managers are generally lazy; JAMS is a "youth" oriented organization. Not many employees over 50 years old. Too much is expected of the Case managers. Management very clique-ish with "mean girl" attitude; Working at JAMS is a nightmare packaged in a dream. Too bad.

Pros

Good benefits, great neutrals, beautiful office

Cons

I would never never never work for this company again...not for any amount of money. Senior management throughout the organization is totally messed up. Accept the position at your own peril....

Pros

Free food on days there is a mediation.

Cons

1. Company runs lean. Be prepared to be overworked and overwhelmed IMMEDIATELY. Company expects employees to handle increase in workload without even considering hiring another employee. JAMS are will make employees work 2 different roles for months and years and then punish the employee when they burn out . 2. Company does not compensate employees for their hard work. Employees are expected to be grateful for minimal salaries, and 2% raises. Company will rarely give ANY non manager employee a raise over 2-3%. 3. Company does not support its employees. It is all about putting on a happy face and ensuring that neutrals are treated like absolute ROYALTY. Be prepared to be treated like you and your feelings do not matter. NEUTRALS AND THE REVENUE THEY BRING are the only things that matter to JAMS. If a neutral does not like you or if you are not at the neutrals beck and call be prepared to be reprimanded IMMEDIATELY . 4. Hours are not flexible at all. You are expected to work 8-5pm. No paid lunch. Many times you cannot even step away from your desk because the neutrals might need something from you.
