I honestly loved working here at first, but then I started to see what goes on behind the scenes....
Women are paid substantially less than men in alot of situations. Men who talk football or wear cowboy boots are the people who are going to make money even if their contributions to the company are small, if not non-existent.
The "chosen ones" get away with everything, but if anyone other than them have a concern, its generally swept under the rug or turned around on the person who has the issue, especially if you are a female.
Several women have complained of HR dismissing concerns about male behavior and making it seem it is the woman's fault.
Benefits are garbage, work life balance is a joke, you're made to feel ungrateful if you feel you are deserving of a raise and if you want to move up, forget about it because there is nowhere to go. If a promotion opportunity does show up, its unlilely you will get a fair shake at it, because its already decided someone's buddy will be given the job.
Also, the old saying rings true - if you're good at your job, you get to do other people's jobs too. And no one will recognize you for it, it will be expected.
Very few women in upper management, and this is not for lack of ability.
