      Various Development Projects, Enhance the Skills in Development Cooperation

      Pros

      Various Development projects from small to big that make us learn more international development and ODA process. Japan ODA is more generous than western as most of program rooted from humanity sense, not national interest. This place is an example for other development agencies in executing program.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy on high, the IT system that needs to be more enhanced (most of the time the computer is so slow).

      Good place to work as independent portfolios with opinions taken into account

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, no training opportunities, no transparency especially in terms of Human Resource promotion and no incentives, awards or rewards and profile doesn’t change with change of designation. Also, no formal appraisals to decide annual increments.
