      Decent Job for those interested in scaling their pay through tests

      - Great starting pay of $18/hr - Ability to increase pay by taking test to earn new certs - Great way to learn new things about the field of electricians - Friendly coworkers that are willing to help out - Lovely work environment overall

      Cons

      - You have to drive quite far sometimes if a job is outside of your zone and you may not be compensated for it - You have to get your own tools, even if that's normal
