Great camaraderie amongst teaching staff

Cons

Low pay, horrific management. Capitalism and education simply do not mix. Management refer to students as customers. They don't have any experience in education and think that teaching is "just talking" and doesn't require a budget. If you work here you will spend every spare minute thinking about JMC, before you sleep and as soon as you wake up. AVOID!
