Since it is a small company, you will gain attention till management even though you work at Site level.

Cons

Management is unsure about what next. Still standards are yet to be implemented. Still the company follows the system of Zero Budget prepared by HO or RO. No HRA provided for family people staying at site level. Treats employees like labour.

On time salary is only the good thing.

Cons

Work culture is very poor. Unfair preference is given and company does not value its employees. If you know someone in upper management, it will be easier for you. Appraisal cycle is delayed by 6 months. All the systems and processes can be bypassed. Even if you work hard no recognition is given. Job security is very low.

Only Salary on time, nothing to be liked here

Vary poor work culture Extended working hours (13-14hrs a days is minimum) They will keep assigning task of different people until you die. Strong hierarchy, not allowed to speak you mind if you are new. Partial HR policies. They don't Destroy people they destroy their career. In summary assume a 100 bad parctises in an organization , all will be applied to JMC. Do not , Please do not concider JMC as a career , let them feel value of people
