Pros

35 hour work week; flexible work schedule; on site services; employees have their own office; remote work options; co-workers are cordial

Cons

Senior managers are sometimes condescending and sarcastic and almost rude when communicating with employees; sales quotas are set overly optimistic & unrealistic sales goals for some territories that are set too high & goals set too low for others; the law of averages will always favor managers; middle managers have very little influence; training is all over the place and not consistent; culture is almost like a caste system; very little opportunity for advancement or promotions and this process is not transparent.
