Not a good place to work.

Pros

Payroll is never late, so there's that.

Cons

Be sure to sort reviews by date. You'll notice that positive reviews typically come out shortly after a negative review. This is because after a negative review is posted, the marketing department goes to new employees and asks them to post a positive review to counter the negative one. The positive reviews are almost all actively solicited. The owners care much more about profit than about employees. High level employees keep leaving the company. A lot of them leave without even having another job, because they just can't work here anymore. Employees are expected to work long hours under an overtime policy that shouldn't even be legal. Google fluctuating work week overtime before you accept a job here and decide whether you want to work for a company that uses it. Employees are let go because of minor mistakes with no warning and no proof that the employee was even the one who made the mistake. If they make a promise to you about anything, be sure to get it in writing, or they'll deny they said it. There is a bullying mentality in the office, and if you aren't in the right clique, you can be targeted at any time. Rules apply only to some employees, not all. Especially not to employees who have a family tie to the company. Some of them work hard and follow the rules and others are part of the problem.

Good concept but unhealthy culture

Pros

Innovative concept for the industry. Paid some health insurance.

Cons

The overall culture is unhealthy and everyone is highly stressed. Minimal room for growth and no potential for ownership. No transparency and very authoritative leadership style. Lots of turnover company wide (most of the people in picture don't work there).

Low pay, too much drama

Pros

Casual Fridays. Located near a lot of good restaurants for lunch. Some employees and clients are friendly.

Cons

Pay is lower than industry average. Lots of gossiping and politics. You only get a raise or promotion if you are related to the owners or make friends with the right people. Everyone is leaving. In the past year, there has been a lot of turnover. People getting fired, laid off, and quitting. Almost a quarter of the company left within a year. There's so much red tape and paperwork for such a small company. The company does not stand behind the values it preaches. It tells the clients that life is about so much more than money, but acts as if money is all that matters. There aren't as many opportunities for learning and training as most firms. You pretty much have to teach yourself and pay for any training you want.
