Pros

HR makes an effort to make remote workers feel included.

Cons

Mid level management is awful, immature, spiteful, and definitely does not have your back. Directives are contradictory and confusing. Then when not done correctly, the employee suffers. Many people leave within the first six months due to micro-management.

Pros

The only pro is the relationships you’re able to build with the clients

Cons

This company is so distasteful in how they handle their employees, it’s disgusting & really racially motivated. I’ve been tracking and just really waiting for the right time to expose them. You have em managers falsely promising that you will be assigned a contract just to be strung along & let down. There are other behaviors that deem extremely unethical & will lead to their demise. Do not work here.
