Competitive salary, variety of work environments Education learning opportunities Some great people unfortunately clouded by the not so great people

Cons

Health benefits are sub par. Human Resources is not employee friendly They are not there for employees in any way. Policies change regularly for their benefit.

Some very nice people. Starting salary Benefits JPS holiday give a ways McDonald’s Great gift shop Cafeteria is decent

Cons

Parking HR-aware of all the problems. Act like they care but do nothing. Promotion by favoritism Rules are only for some Pay is good but it’s to trap you to stay once you see how bad it is. Work with a bunch of disgruntled employees. Receive lots of patient care complaints
