Good people that I worked beside; my supervisor was amazing

They claim that they adhere to and respect seniority, but at the end of the day, when it comes to things like promotions, raises, and recognition, it goes to the favorites, not those that deserve and have worked for it. This company definitely makes you feel like you aren't heard.

lots of headaches, stress, and dirty politics at work, dishonest company on many levels. no real engineering work done, its middle man job and managing other suppliers. no integrity in this company! no recognition in this company for a job well done! project managers get away for doing nothing and blames engineering on everything! they overload engineers with work and expect engineer to be working 24/7 and not miss anything ! As an engineer you are set-up for failure from the get-go because of what I mentioned already and because they cut corners and want to save every single penny. CEO Jason Murar frequently disrespects and mistreats his employees and suppliers.

Horrible to employees. HR does not care. I’ve seen employees that needed surgery get let go because the company wouldn’t accommodate them.
