Generally the co-workers there were nice and friendly

Cons

One toxic and a bully top management leader abused his power to force other team member to do tasks for his team. Threatening words such as " Do you know I can decide your staying or leaving" was shocked to me to hear it from the mouth of a leader.

backdated systems (software) as compared to what other companies are using. Less than competitive salary.
