      Gets the money through tried and tested tired over the top methods.

      Cons

      Everything Needs to be regulated , egregious behaviour encouraged, calls not recorded, lack of training and unprofessional behaviour.

      I have been charged off a severe big amount off £619.00. Which i should only be charged around £5.00.
