      Pros

      The office has a very friendly environment and an easy going office dynamic. More than enough time for lunch breaks and the coffee pot is always filled up.

      Cons

      Some of the tasks seemed ambiguous and you mostly had to figure it out yourself since management is usually too busy to try to help. They help when they can.

      - No hierarchical structure in company. You are the owner of what you do. Unlimited opportunities - You get appreciated for the job well done. - Working with all women - woman owned business - A healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. - Always has the employee best interest. Headsets, dual monitors, yoga class, spa trips - Unlimited munching throughout the daytime. Snacks and birthday lunches available for the employees. - Centrally located. - Full packages of benefits.
