Pros

- They are keen to offer opportunities to new people in the field. - The co-workers are okay , you can form great teams with contractors and really learn from them. Salary : 60K before taxes

Cons

- They are understaffed most times - The work / life balance is horrible , they will make you work on weekends without pay . You will receive calls from co-workers even on Sundays - You will always work past the required time. Let’s say work normally start at 9… sometimes they will give you a task that requires you to be up at 6am , then send you out to travel long distances to perform a task, by the time you are done , it’s 8.30 pm

Pros

Good culture, and treat people well. This company looks to build people up by leaning on their strengths, and work to improve weaknesses constructively. Pay hit or miss depending on position. Ability to advance also hit or miss depending on department/division, but company has recognized inconsistencies, and actively making improvements. Overall, a real star will rise, and can go very far. Strong team dynamic. Company very progressive wrt remote working flexibility. Good work/life balance

Cons

For non PM +, pay can be a bit flat, and bonuses non existent. A bit behind the times. Health Insurance packages not bad, but lacking for the largest name in engineering on earth.
