      Tight knit culture Employee Owned (Employee Owned Stock Program) Great people, super friendly Communication is relatively stable

      Cons

      Job advancement depending on department. Some departments see rapid growth and promotions, while others may not see that growth for years. Also, the ESOP can act as the golden handcuffs, if you are there for more than 3 years, it's hard to walk away from the stock.
