Great brand and dedicated work force - short sighted senior leadership. Afloat solely due to Textron backing.

Pros

Pros? The company's people who are ready to put in whatever it takes to get things done. Great employees and great friends, very approachable. Glamorous product (for a golf mower). Textron support.

Cons

Unfortunately, when the ship's captain is not directing the ship well, there's not much a hard working crew can do. The company doesn't operate in a diversified market and as a result, a change in wind direction half way across the globe has adverse affect on Jacobsen's performance.

management was unqualified, people hard to get along with, not inclusive, harassing behavior overlooked by management. Poor dirty work environment.

Great environment with awesome people and great products. Could not have had a better opportunity at Jacobsen

Cons

There are little downsides to this job. There is a possible relocation however which can be stressing
