Less tensions and stress, helpful environment between colleagues, salary package is quite complete (health insurance and facilities can be provided), have good family value

Cons

compensations are not good enough for the responsibilities that we have to shouldered, still following seniority based for promotion and reward, no clear career path on some divisions
