      Pros

      I am currently working at Jasper Colin Research for more than 1 year as a Team Leader. The company has a well-defined aim and it can be seen in every decision they have made. One of the main important things in the organization is that you can easily connect with the senior management people to clear the doubts.

      Cons

      I believe, no company working in the same field is perfect and there were several challenging times in order to meet the deadline, all-in-all the perks and support provided by the company outweighed the cons significantly.
