Politically biased company. Management lacks integrity and I suggest to ignore this company as much as possible. They fire employees based on rumors. Corporate culture is absolute bonkers.

- Career-wise its a great risk to join Javra as it uses Outdated programming languages. - Politics is from root level to the Apex. - Treats employee as a commodity rather than a resource. - Good resources are completely ignored whereas bad resources who are good on politics are worshipped.
