Pros

Company is growing, some might say too fast, and they will pay you on time. Interesting wholesale industry and the great co-workers. No Limit on overtime, in fact it is expected.

Cons

Poor management, disrespectful to employees, Complete lack of communication between departments, zero work life balance.

Pros

Young professionals, good place to get your foot in the door with terrible economy, manager is helpful and patient

Cons

No training, everyone is congested - 4 people to a room, benefits aren't great, get paid by the minute, no recognition for working hard and no room to grow (small company).

High Turn-Over, No Direction

Pros

Nice colleagues and operations manager. Very busy - growing company. Provides snacks for employees.

Cons

Revolving door; always hiring and training new employees. Three owners provide no direction and are very slow making decisions. No review process, no raises or promotions, long hours, and everyone eats at their desk. Vacation time never improves (10 days forever).
