      Company does good, no benefit to the employees. Company does bad, employees pay the price.

      Pros

      Company culture is pretty good. Most people are friendly and trustworthy, no backstabbing/high school behaviors.

      Cons

      We've had three years of record profits, one of which saw no raises or bonuses because "uncertainties due to COVID", followed by 1 year of downturn. They furloughed us for 7 days during the holidays and plan to go for another 5 days in Q1.

      Cutting Edge Technology, Good Management, Cares about employees, Growth path, good benefits, open sharing of information. Bonus program for all employees.

      Salaries do not keep up with the industry.
