Pros

I appreciate the strong team dynamic and the emphasis on building solid relationships with clients. Working alongside sales representatives who collaborate effectively on client accounts makes the job more cohesive and manageable.

Cons

Certain members of management should refrain from micromanaging teams they are not directly responsible for. There is a clear display of favoritism, which can undermine the work environment. At times, the way situations are handled resembles a high school atmosphere. Additionally, some individuals assume management roles without authority, and this behavior goes unchecked.

Pros

Very personable and friendly upper management who are truthful about having an open door. Very fair pay and flexible hours. Freedom to work independently. Very good management who fosters good teamwork amongst their own teams. Honestly a great place to work.

Cons

Unfortunately, I left because of being constantly harassed by one person. I witnessed this person screaming at UPS workers on the phone, hanging up on coworkers, sending nasty emails, spreading rumors, gossiping, and just being mean-spirited. I wish I had told the CEO about my experience, maybe it would have changed things. This person and their entourage are incredibly toxic to the environment of the company.
