      Pros

      During my time at Jetpets I have been given countless opportunities for growth and development. They have a great leadership team who have supported me in reaching my goals. The company provides lots of benefits and has a great culture which makes it a pleasure to come to work to each day!

      Cons

      As expected in any business, peak season is busy. During this time there can be a high volume of calls in every department. This is where cross training is super important to ensure we can assist one another.
