Pros
The training lasts for two weeks and is very good and comprehensive. You are paid a base of $1500 per month for your first three months of employment then after that it's straight commission for all sales consultants. If, after three months you do not sell a minimum of seven vehicles, you are gone! Mr. Click, as he must always be called, is a genuine hero in the community. He is a very nice man but his lieutenants are anything but unless you are a "performer". Mr. Click does some very nice things for employees with special needs.
Cons
There is an old saying that oftentimes just because you are a great player, does not mean you will be a great coach. Such is the case at Jim Click. The people who get promoted to management are the exceptional sale performers. It is unfortunate that this is the case here. The organization would be even more successful than it is if it used different and better criteria when moving people into management.
