- Tons of learning opportunities — you’re constantly exposed to different areas of PR and digital marketing. - Supportive and collaborative team culture, especially among junior staff. - Fast-paced environment that helps you build confidence and adaptability quickly. - Creative freedom is encouraged, and your ideas are often heard.

Cons

The virtual nature of the job can feel a bit isolating at times, especially when you're just starting out. It also takes some adjustment to quickly learn about clients or industries you’re not familiar with — but in the end, it pushes you to adapt fast and become more versatile.

- The team is supportive and genuinely cares about clients and each other. - The company uses core values in everything they do (hiring, clients they take on) - Tons of growth opportunities - Most team members have been there 3+ years which is almost unheard of in the agency space - Everyone has a voice, and juniors are empowered to bring their ideas to the table (and often they are the best!) - Very selective with the brands they take on

Cons

- You have to be the type of person who is motivated by working on multiple brands (which is not for everyone but I personally LOVE it).
