Pros

We are making genuine, positive changes for the betterment of our AMs and inside sales team. There’s a lot of opportunity on the table. I’m happy overall with my work and support.

Cons

It’s a tough job if you’re not willing to be on campus, run your own pipeline and make calls. Research of your leads is a necessity, not necessarily a con.

Pros

Different science topics and interesting writing assignments. Good opportunity for anyone serious about improving their research and technical writing skills. Enough freedom, no constant check-ins from managers. Competitive pay and benefits. Doesn't take much effort to maintain a work-life balance because the schedule is flexible.

Cons

Not exactly a place for people whose primary goal is to climb up the ladder.
