      Benefits, pay, parking, not organized , revolving door. You are here forever or 6 months. General manager never to be found.

      management open to new ideas and process improvements welcoming work environment never a dull moment - no day is the same employees have been very welcoming working my current role doesn't make me feel like a robot or that I'm trapped in 'this is the way we've always done it" mentality many opportunities for growth I am treated with respect and I feel valued

      many opportunities for process enhancements this is a small business - the earned PTO is not that of a large company

      The best company to work for all around. Hours are great and the pay is excellent. Johnson really believes in the Disney experience. That means above and beyond for customers!!!
