The work is easy enough.

Cons

Management lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. Turn over is high. Coworkers lack teamwork and are cut throat. Not a place a good person can thrive. You need to be snake like to survive working here.

They pay a very competitive salary and promise opportunities.

Cons

Little training or direction, absentee owner, CEO. Lack of respect for women and lots of off color jokes that make you very uncomfortable. Even from the management and owner himself. Leaves you with no one to report it to.
