Jolson Architecture is a masterclass in poor leadership and toxic culture. Management is out of touch, and offers little to no support or recognition. Creativity is stifled by ego-driven decision-making, and the turnover rate speaks for itself. A soulless workplace where talent goes to wither. Avoid.

Management and the owner are intense. The office is under the owners residence and very unprofessional boundaries with private and personal life that you wouldn’t experience in another organsiation Toxic work environment and unhealthy
