Pros

The only pro is the schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. Take this with a grain of salt, as this can mean overnight shifts upon demand too.

Cons

As long as Andy is the lead of Quality Control, prepare to be belittled, disrespected, and treated as sub-human. I've met more professional leaders in a McDonald's. When this abuse is brought to HR, prepare for them to sweep it under the rug. Outside of Andy's disgusting way of treating people, the pay is not competitive. I've never seen someone in QC at this company get promoted. They'll hold the promise of a promotion over your head like a carrot on a stick, with the caveat that you have to train your replacement first. However, since Andy lacks any form of interpersonal skills, you will not find a replacement to take this level of abuse for such little money. Good luck climbing any sort of ladder at this male-locker room of a company.
