Pros
Management will listen to any ideas or thoughts on current and future projects. Space to grow and own features plus room to learn and develop new skills. Really exciting product that's completely unique in the space. Talented co-workers from all backgrounds. Music fans galore. Awesome office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Cons
Organizational structure is still a little in flux. As with any start-up, it's a growing pain but looking up.
